Product care

Care that protects softness, colour and useful life.

Always follow the sewn-in care label first. The guidance below is a practical baseline for cotton towels, bedsheets, robes and kitchen textiles.

Cotton towel care

Wash before first use to remove loose surface fibres and improve initial water pickup.

Wash with similar colours using a moderate amount of mild detergent.

Avoid fabric softener; it can coat cotton loops and reduce absorbency.

Do not overload the machine. Towels need room to rinse properly.

Tumble dry on low to medium heat or line dry fully. Avoid prolonged high heat.

Snip a pulled loop carefully; do not pull it further.

Bedsheet care

Wash cotton bedsheets separately or with similar lightweight colours.

Use cold or gentle warm water and a mild detergent.

Dry in shade where practical to protect printed colour.

Remove promptly from the dryer to reduce creasing; iron on the reverse if needed.

Bathrobe care

Close or remove belts, wash with similar colours and avoid hooks or zips that can catch terry loops. Reshape the robe before drying and make sure the collar, pockets and belt are fully dry before storage.

Kitchen towel care

Wash frequently and dry completely. Keep kitchen textiles separate from heavily soiled cleaning cloths. Do not use a towel that remains damp or develops an odour.

Shrinkage and change over time

Cotton naturally relaxes and may shrink after the first few washes. The exact percentage depends on construction, finishing, water temperature and drying heat. Product pages should carry the approved product-specific tolerance once production specifications are final.

Stains, bleach and colour care

Treat stains promptly with a product suitable for the textile colour. Avoid chlorine bleach on coloured textiles and avoid pouring concentrated detergent directly onto fabric. Test any stain remover on an inconspicuous area first.
